120 would drop to like 80 after it hits the backboard and the redirect would get it back to 120ish, yours id say you hit it backboard at around 60, and the bounce would've slowed it to 40, and the best redirects would get it back to around 60, which is easily salable

ur setup isnt horribly bad but you should be aiming for the ball to go backpost, not front post. you lack the aerial control for the carry as well, try to experiment with boosting/not boosting during the touches in the air as well as hitting the ball more towards the bottom to keep it up.

secondly you have to just a little later when you make contact, stop jumping at the same time
experiment with your car control as you seem to lack that
