If you want some advice have the ball roll up the wall a little less than parallel with the goal. That way the momentum of the ball will already be heading towards the goal

And it's always from the exact same start
You're basically just doing a puzzle solve rather than truly learning the mechanic
Enough grinding and even a Silver could pull it off, but they'd be absolutely hopeless if told to try it in a match.
Not really, just goes for anybody sub Champ who tries them.
Pulling them off in free play is a nice testament to the grind put in, but really that only has so much value. It's plain repetition.
