you can buy time with a fake challenge, but if you just jump high it's your ball, the opponent cant get a good flick since the ball bounces so high off his car off his first touch, easiest read of your life

if you jump high, its on their side, time bought, possession gained, follow up and maybe make a play

shadowing like that with tm8 cutting through the play over and over is dangeous
