go into bakkes mod, freeplay and get the gravity to -13.643 and then go on the ceiling and do the heli motion non stop. i found it much easier to get used into staying in place and learning the perfect timings and everything. after that turn it to default and try to stay stationary and use as little boost as possible

your mechs are useless if you cant use them in game. for mechs you need consistency, speed, control, and the ability to adapt to the current situation. what i mean by that last part is that sometimes you would need to flip early or late or do some type of maneuver to get around the first man. that requires you to be able to control the ball even if your set up or spot you are put in is uncomfortable. also, being able to work without a full 100 boost is important.

This is an old Knockout clip, but relevant for now since it's currently available
I call this a Goomba stomp: using double/triple jump puts a hitbox on top of your car's roof, which players never expect, so you can attack from above by turning upside-down and midair jumping
(Additionally, if you tilt backwards it's also possible to attack behind you with this technique, since your backwards-dodge otherwise engages the block shield, and you can even grab using midair jumps)
