it’s all about speed and positioning on the ball when you get the pancake, if you’re going too fast when you get it you’ll get yeeted backwards. also, try to be in the center of the ball when you get it, as being too low will pinch it up and being too high will pinch it down

also getting the pancake when the ball hits the wall helps a lot
