first couple of attempts ball is still pretty centered on ur car. also let the ball settle a bit more b4 you jump so it won't pop as high

your setup is more along the lines for a ground to air dribble atm iirc

or like a controlled breezi -> reset/air dribble catch or something

if you let the ball get closer to the front your timing will line up better and youll get a much more powerful flick, then you can work on setting up the timing for a breezi with what you currently are doing once youre comfortable with that
