looking for some air roll control tips. been working at it for a while and i dont feel any progress

First steps to resets were made today

best tip i can give u: go on normal freeplay, learn flying forward, sideways with the hood to the left, and the same to the right, and backwards (hardest). do each direction for around 10 minutes, then hop on pillarsmap and do the same on there in a 8 motion, 5 minutes without ballcam for each, after that 5 minutes with ballcam. helps ALOT, do this every day for the next 3 days, do not play comp/casual, after the training u dont touch rocketleague anymore

then u pause rocketleague for the next 3 days, helps ur body to build up faster musclememory, then u repeat this and after ur 3rd trainingsession u can hop into rings and aerial around

u will see an insane improvement
