Idk if you are looking for tips but if you try to practice keeps no the ball closer to you when you go off the wall and just keep learning to get your resets when the ball reaches its peak it will help you from losing the height while you set up your musty

It also has to do with the position of the ball being right before the front of your car. As well as you flipping perfect timing for when you lost contact with the ball. All these factors add to launching the ball to the moon

That is true it messes with your game sense a bit but depends on the person. I broke down rocket league in 3 areas for training myself. First would be mechs where I would go into freeplay, custom maps or training packs. Game sense which I spent countless hours outside of rl studying it and then experience which I spent in game putting the stuff I learned into practice
