Hello everyone, I want to get your guys' thoughts and opinions on these 2 questions. It would mean a lot if you could take some time to share your thoughts. I just wanna learn a bit more about people who are trying to go pro.

1: how big is the difference between a new ssl and a bubble player and a proper rlcs pro? Is it as big as how lots of high level players describe it? What is the difference in playtime for these 3 player categories (i.e; how many hours do they have in the game on average)

2: let's say a player is high gc or ssl and they want to make it to pro level. Do they really have to be putting in like 10 hours a day or can they make it with like let's say 4 or 6 hours?

Would highly appreciate it if even just 2 or 3 people could answer me. Thx

1. There is quite a big difference, pros are just a lot quicker and read the game better than 1900 SSL's. Difference in play time is normally big aswell. Average SSL is about 5-6k hours and Pros have 10k+ hours

2. It just depends on how you train not how much. You dont need to be putting 10 hours in a day but even if it was like 5 hours of just structured training with meaning behind it all and not just aimlessing flying about in free play then the player that has structured training will progress quicker.

I'm not even close to ssl keep in mind, but I know that new ssl to pro gap is something insane, like it takes another few thousands of hours of training and improving to get there, but it honestly depends on what you spend your time on learning and how you improve based on that, rather than how many hours you put in

Like I said, I ain't ssl, I just know things plus love ranting 😭 But I was hard stuck high plat/low diamond for a couple years before I quit the game, I had about 2k hours in the game when I quit, but then I got back into it when I started playing collegiate and my team leader (he's gc1) kinda helped me find ways to improve, I've probably spent another 100 hours ish on the game and peaked to c1 in 2s and 3s
