You aren’t starting the speed flip fast enough. Just a little bit too much driving at the beginning. The rest is just muscle memory when you get it down, you know what to do. I would just start a bit sooner. You also don’t need to turn as sharply when you do the initial correction. Just a slight turn

A couple of the attempts you did it looks like you might have stopped the cancel a bit early too, so make sure you hold it until you land

Personally I would say if you are stuck in silver and can’t get out then work on ground control first. If you think you can get out fine then my biggest tip is just to match the speed of the ball. If it flies off of you then you’re hitting it too hard and you need to approach it more gentle

I’ve been working on my positioning and trying to play more composed, but I’m struggling to find the right balance. If any higher ranked players (Champ 3+) have time to play a match with me or give some advice on what to prioritize to work on in 2026, I’d really appreciate it. 😔 Bro exposed me. Honestly most people in diamond and champ overcomplicate the game because they see their opps hit double resets and think they have to as well in order to rank up. I got to GC2 without knowing how to air dribble. Not ideal but it’s possible. Work on the basics and fundamentals, and if you think you have then think again and really focus on them. Dribbles, flicks, fakes, power slide cuts, and get really good at them. You can send champs (like Kraken) flying into the post with really basic but well executed plays

"spin properly" It's not really a needed thing though. you can learn how to in freeplay and rings, but it isn't really a thing to practice in game. just depends on what your goal is. if you want to get better at the game then play ranked and do training packs. if you want to get better at directional air roll then do that
