if im understanding your message correctly, you need to hold you air roll for a half rotation, so from the hood facing you to your underside facing you, once you get comfortable doing that with a tornado spin, you want to move onto a full rotating using tornado spin to control your speed and direction, and once you are comfortable with that you want to start doing multiple full spins at a time and start trying other stick directions instead of just tornado spin

Dont ball chase without boost, and into enemy corners, because 90% of the time you are going to get flicked or sumthing and leave an open net, learn some recoveries like half flip and holding powerslide when landing, and just play, you are going to climb out of bronze on your own by just playing, you can also do some ground training packs to learn hitting the ball consistently

@desert iris since you are a very low rank, the speed of play is extremely slow. People try to ball chase because they see better players do it, but better players can do it only because they have good control at the speed that they move at.
Every low rank has a vast majority of players who move around the field faster than they can handle. That holds them back so so much, and they become hardstuck and develop ego
You have to learn how to control the ball and your car, before speeding up. That’s why I want you to unbind air roll (learn to control the car with normal steering first), unbind powerslide (learn to control turning your car normally first), stop flipping/boosting too much (learn to control ball/car while going slow first), stop jumping (learn to control your car on the ground first)
Learn the basics first. It’s not just you, 99% of players skip this. It’s like a child skipping from grade school straight to college, thinking they can keep up. But it’s the reason your such a low rank. You skipped middle school and high school so your play has no foundation.
The speed of play at your rank is extremely slow, but it doesn’t seem that way because you ball chase. You should play very slow, but controlled.
