Speed flipping is probably your highest priority mechanic for now. The kickoff happens at lesst once every game and chances are, you’ll have to do one every now and then at minimum.

I think I'm decent with my touches. I'm currently grinding 3s so, my possession and offensive attempts are scarce moments. I can buy time for teammates, I don't randomly bang the ball 100% of the time. I tend to play a bit of everything in rotations, I'm not confident enough to constantly chase for 1st man position in higher lobbies; but I can definitely get shots on net.

if you want power, then you need to get closer to the ball without making actual contact before the flip, and you have to flip pretty late when tilting your car back to generate said power

because the power is generated from the last portion of the musty flip

and if you're too high and hit the backboard, that's more so a problem with your setup than the actual shot itself

Yeah you don’t need airdribbles is what my advice would be. Ofc learn whatever you want to learn its about having fun after all. But for ranked plat i wouldnt recommend it as airdribbles do more harm than good in lower ranks imo.
