I think your mentality is number one. Instead of blaming teammates look at what you couldve done differently. Watch replays of when you conceded a goal. Where were you? What went wrong? Even when teammates choke you couldve probably put them in a better position by doing something else.

when u have the ball, are u creating plays where u usually score or at the very least pass to ur tm8 or make it easier for him? at ur rank everyone will make a mistake, not a matter of if, matter of when and how much, the less mistakes u make (missed opportunity is also a mistake) the more u will win and thus rank up with enough games played (60% win rate is 20 games won in a matter of 100 games, thats 200 mmr, 2 ranks)
