knowing how car flys facing front , back and sideways
holding directional airroll and giving joystick inputs time to time to adjust the cars direction
doing tornado spins - clock and all

i didnt master car flying sideways but i think knowing works here , i should just practise rings map while holding directional airroll and gives minor stick inputs now right.

So from your replay you just sit by the ball alot and dont rotate, If you would rotate you would have a better chance at scoring. Also yoou just need to work on your simple mechnics like half flipping, power sliding, and hitting the ball.
