While in the air, be sure to hit the ball very softly while it is still going in an upward motion

When the ball start to drop, you will usually get air touches instead of an air dribble

directional air roll prevents knock back from the ball on ur car, try feathering boost and understand that boosting while hitting the ball makes it go farther from you, also jump at the exact same time as u hit the ball on the wall to match its speed

honestly a better place to be than the ball flying over your head. stay aware of the opponents and prepare for both the best and worst outcomes. if the worst outcome means the ball will fly toward your net, cover in between the ball and your net. that should get you close enough to follow if best case happens too

Nah I never bothered although over locking it to 1000hz should be a bit more responsive.

I just don't think it's worth my time considering the difference is small compared to the end to end latency of your PC
