You should check replays of your gameplay and see how many times you overcommit on a "mechanical" play or dont rotate properly, maybe aren't playing 1st man/2nd man properly. At silver the most helpful thing to do is to learn how to hit the ball with power and accuracy. You don't need fancy mechanics yet to improve. Also you may wish to learn rotations, but a lot of people will not start rotating until plat or diamond so you have to be prepared to carry a bit in terms of good defensive rotation.

seems like u need to work on ur defense and ur basic shots

i get u but a gc can coach anyrank till champ just fine once they it starts getting to high c3 and gc ull need a better coach probably an ssl or high gc3 to help u
