power shots depends on the level you're at kinda, if you have good enough control you should aim to hit it with the front corner of your car and diagonal flip cancel into it, frontflips aren't bad either

some situations also have you sideflipping to powershoot, so it's really just fully situational and you gotta figure out what's best
