double resets are just practice it going around freeplay, and as you improve you can hit it from more and more difficult positions

Now getting back into rocket league, im definitely not good, after my placement matches I got Gold 3 Division 2, and I was curious to hear from a few other players (Diamond 3 or Champ+ preferably but any tips help) on what to do to actually continue to improve at the game, and climb the ranks. if you need to turn like just a bit to pick up a boost pad or touch the ball, then u sure boost while being supersonic to turn.
if you land in a different direction you will turn and lose speed , so u can boost there
