i assume i know what you mean, try changing your game speed lower to see if you can get it, if it still is, make sure you are putting your joystick left if you are going to a left wall, and vice versa.

i mean, if u don’t remember EVERYTHING that happened in the game, pause before important decisions and see what you would’ve done differently, and
different choices == different results,
then i would compare that decision to a higher level player after finding similar scenario.

Ignore mechanical mistakes, instead focus on why it was too hard for you to hit (something like going for a wide angle on a shot instead of trying to hit instantly) and instead of ‘I should have saved that’ especially if it’s a hard shot, focus on what led up to the point that they had a good angle to score and pressure on net.

Also for improving gamesense focus on one thing at a time

Your brain kinda ‘develops muscle memory’ like your hands do, find one mistakes that happens more often than others then grind it out, always think about it. Then you’ll stop thinking to do it in the same way you don’t think to bump your teammate off the ball but you might have when you first started

also to expand on this, when you see your teammates make mistakes while reviewing, rather than think "damn he just whiffed that nothing i could do" check if you put him in a bad situation. maybe you dove at a bad time or whatnot.

If your struggling with getting low at all you need to flip quicker the longer you wait the more time airtime your car gets as it finishes the jump animation

Fundamentally the ball follow real life physics, think of it like a football (or soccer) ball and how you would hit it in real life

Literally just get supersonic then fully turn into the ball

i imagine since you dont have maps like aim train by coco there are still some training packs that could help you learn the angles you want to hit it at. even if you just do featured and do like a diamond pack or something. if you do choose to do a pack like that, all you should be worried about is just experimenting with different ways of hitting the ball and you will learn whats wrong and whats right.

Yea but there is one more thing to address, GROUND TO AIR DRIBBLES, (from a ground dribble position) i feel like i’m ALWAYS in front of the ball after i pop it, i can’t get any forward momentum with the ball afterwards, therefore i get no space and no chance of making a play with it at all.

It’s the same sweet spot as normal air dribbles, you need to feather your boost not to slam it away, learn the sweet spot by practicing off the wall instead of ground first

start off with getting straight on touch to the backboard, if your touch is bad the double becomes literally impossible, if the touch is perfect you don’t even need boost

When you have the skill to judge in real time, you will be able to tell that you WILL be late to this ball. And that's good for making better decisions in real time.
But I want you to focus on staying grounded more and position better.
Go for aerials when you rly rly have to so you don't miss wide open nets above goal line for example or making saves on your goal line .

Doing the same exercises that you see in the videos but at different lvls and focusing on different things.
Also using slow mo then increase game speed gradually helps a lot

I even start with no air roll movement so I add bits of air roll until I can do more and more air roll
