Hey all, does anyone have any tips for how to recover a directional air roll aerial once your nose becomes more horizontal, say when trying to do a sharper turn to a side? I've sort of got the hang of using basic directional air roll now for aerials but struggle when trying to practice on rings maps when i actually need to recover my car from that direction once im in the air and change direction a second time, i usually end up with my nose just barreling towards the ground

I’m in champ 2, the defense isn’t structured, most of the time if you start from around the halfway line nobody’s going backboard, they just instachall and if that misses last man defends goalline, they have no fundamental understanding of multi layered defense. It’s still pretty much autopilot, so it’s basically just the guy in the air taking 2 1v1s at the same time, yes they can ‘read’ the flip reset better than diamonds can but that’s for champion level flip resets, what’s described is not champion level. They will absolutely not read as long as you actually get good connection using your flip. I said champ 2 because I am champ 2 so I know what the abilities of the rank are, and it’s usually pretty safe to assume that a shot that isn’t saved by a champ 2 isn’t saved by a diamond, I’m using that measure because I can’t really speak for any other rank.

ive coached a very large amount of c2s and i can tell you confidently that your games cannot be used as the par for every champ lobby lmao, ive seen somewhat structured defense, and regardless of their ability to utilize double layers, if you are able to play backboard, you can save any variation of the shot youre describing. i've analyzed probably over 50 champ games and i can tell you that about 60% of them directly contradict your claims. im not gonna continue this because its very apparent that you arent accustomed enough with the game to notice little details and also you type horribly slow
