4ms is a huge difference in a high rank setting. I have experience with this as personally I have tested 144hz, 240hz and 540hz in Radiant. The difference between each one is a massive leap. Infact going from 144hz to 240hz feels like cheating. 240hz to 540hz there is a noticable difference in reaction
