sum crucial for me was blaming myself most the time unless it dead wasnt my fault in any scenario, makes u realize your wrongs and helps u carry those teammates instead of complaining abt them (you gotta be mentally strong to play this bum ahh car game)
i dunno abt that much cuz i havent been in plat in a while but honestly if u just play fast and consistent you will 90% of the time get it past both first and second man (im sure plats arent that fast)

if your good enough you will move into plat it aint your tm8s. im willing to bet you also put your tm8s in bad situations just like they do to you

I managed to learn how to airdribble like 50% of the time as a plat 2 with like an hour of training

the most important thing is the setup, aslong as you have a setup you can air dribble

if you guys want proof I can send you a video of me doing it
