Like when I was on kbm I was comfortable in c2 and I couldn’t do speed flips, double taps, air dribbles, ground to airs. I just focused to making good plays like good 50/50s and taking good power shots on target and spammed hook shots a lot and played really good defense

No, and don't spend that long you'll eventually autopilot and lean into your bad habits, your brain is like any other muscle, it needs time to retain and soak in all the information you learned, go for 1-2 hours over a span of one week for straight rings, and use it while playing games
