hmmm well before i play any games i do an hour of freeplay/custom maps which ive been doing pretty much everyday for just over a month and then it really depends how i feel but usually a minimum of 10 games but if im playing with a friend or smth i can get up to like 25 or more games in a session

i start in freeplay with going with the ball at supersonic and just controlling around the sides of the pitch to try to improve speed, then i practice bounce dribbles, then ill do a bit of normal dribbling and flicks and after that ill spend some time on air dribbles, then after that ill hop into a custom map for dribbling and do that then i usually hop in an air dribble or rings custom map

Sounds like you get tunnel visioned, just remember to calm down, don't rush anything, it's just one goal one game, you'll score and rank up even if you miss it. Just try to mentally calm yourself down, if you're ever going infront of the ball it just means you're trying to go faster than the play

Hmm I see, I'd argue a whole hour seems abit excessive, you should aim to train about 10-15 minutes for specific control, because once you cross a certain time frame you might not realize it but you start playing on auto pilot and form lazy habits from constantly doing the same thing, 5-10minutes per mech should be good if you're goal is to just warmup

depending on your skill, you will need to perform the aerial differently.
lvl 1: position yourself far enough that you can let the ball go lower then jump and use your flip or second jump to hit it where you want.
lvl 2: position yourself far enough (but not as far as lvl 1) that you can fast aerial then delay your touch at the end so you can adjust if needed without boosting as u adjust then boost again to hit it.
lvl 3:... ( I can continue if u can do both lvl 1 and 2)

i would say that ball control and consistecy is the most important, also many people dont say this but you need to pay attention to what other players do on the field, not just the ball
