Hi I’m an average champ in 2’s peaking close to GC a while ago. I have played on and off never really focusing a lot on mechs before. This year I’m eager to start getting more into some mechanical play. I can consistently pull off simple reset goals that make it in champ but are nothing special. I am learning to pop reset consistently because I really want to dribble cross map into pop reset, maybe even double pop to score. I am not aiming to rank up quick or to rank up as a goal at all. All I am asking is to ask you guys for any routine to get better at more freestyle’ish/mechy playstyle. And get more consistent in-game. Think about from getting better first touches/setups to finishing off with pops or rapid resets or other flip cancel mechs. Any recommendations of YT tuts, full routine’s or overall tips?

Just 1s and training packs for basic shooting and defense. Recoveries is just freeplay and learning Recovery mechanics like wave dashes or half flips. Speed goes into Recoveries a lot but the speed for decision making is from 1s. Positioning is just playing your main game mode be that 2s or 3s or 1s and then watching your replays, watching higher ranked players or getting coached
