you need to adapt to them. if they like to go expect it and rotate out or utilise it for passes. if they are passive then cut rotations and steal the ball or boost from them. if they are inconsistent then don't put yourself in a position where you need them to do something specific.

with kickoff you need to get centered and you need to make sure the second flip is not late. usually lower rank they just flip very late into the ball

try to watch where opponents car is and push it through the other way

silvers like me have to learn ground plays, power shots, basic ground dribbling, while some skip the fundamentals and go straight to air dribbling and musty flicking, they usually fail them in game since they don't have the ability to master these harder skills because they don't even have the fundamentals learned, failing them in game will give the ball to the opponent and then probably get scored on
