1s to get better, and 2s to rank up I would say

1s is extremely efficient for training consistency and it's a great way to improve rapidly, but I would suggest also playing 2s so you can get used to playing with a teammate. Ranked 3s is just far too chaotic, if you wanna play 3s try 6mans, I haven't done it myself but I know it can help a lot

Just work on general consistency and defense, most plats just can’t defend. Also, hitting the ball high will often confuse your opponents down in plat, so try that
