first touch is the most important, make sure you are hiting the ball slightly upwards with your first touch

really depends, if the opponents are pressuring you then because you dont habe much time its better to just clear it away. if they arent then its a free ball so create a counterattack

You can’t really teach it. Just go into freeplay, go in the air, and just get used to it. Start by not doing anything with the ball and getting yourself familiar with it, then implement the ball.

Might need to switch some keybinds. It’s important that your keybinds are comfortable—especially air roll.

It’ll feel weird at first no matter what, it just takes time and practice to get used to it.

tbh, play more games, sometimes also playing a little higher rank if u got friends willing to show u how their games looks helps as well. Training packs helps as well

Clip or example would help. You are probably recoiling off the ball too hard honestly, and you may be getting the reset in the non-optimal position.

get comfortable with the pack i sent u so when ur 1st man in 2s on defense ur good enough to challenge from underneath the ball and facing away from the play in a shadowing position so u dont just default to back post rotation.

that and take ur time on defense

u have way more time than u think
