I was a champ a while ago, and honestly speed Flips and mechanics dont matter the most up to champ 2, it’s mostly situational awareness in my opinion. Know when you have to be back and be in the right position to get back into the fight. Don’t have both people going for a ball because that leaves the net open. Always have an eye on your teammate and see what they are planning to do. If you can see that they ball chase, let them. Adjust to your teammate and get good situational awareness.

Go into free play and air roll from one wall to other then when h can just airel from one to the other air roll a little and keep air rolling more and more until ur used to air roll control

When Epic gained ownership of Psyonix they wanted to implement Rocket League into Fortnite Rocket Racing so they removed trading because Fortnite doesn't have any trading. rlly depends on the situation and your capabilities. If possioble i would try to get the flip at the start and then go in an air dribble. Then u can keep your flip until someone challanges and u can just flick it over him.
