Could someone experienced explain to me why we feel a lot of progress with the duo, we're starting to play well, we have the mechanics, we know how to rotate, we don't make many mistakes, we have good defense, good communication, but we have the impression that with our progress people are also getting better and we can't get out of rank, even though literally 2 weeks ago when we were playing much worse we had a higher rank (we train 2-3 hours a day and play ranked for 3 hours a day)

it's a perfect cancel and the ball is also in contact with the car the whole time, applying a force on the car to stop it from changing angle further. Try getting the ball and car to match speed very close to each other, then flipping into it at an angle like you see in the video

Start each session with 5 minutes of free play and 10 minutes of training pack warmup. Just warmup so don’t stress about it. In free play hit the ball around however you want. For the training packs choose either ultimate warmup or use the plat/diamond/champ packs and just try to hit as many in a row as possible.
In game, keep the ball close. Dont boom it away. Eat 50s.

IMO best thing to do but I completely understand not doing it; grind 1s. 1s makes you better at everything you need: understanding what the opponent can do in any situation, boost conservation, quick turn around plays, defensive practice.

Most importantly, have fun and give yourself room for errors. Don’t get down after every bad touch, don’t overextend or try to overcompensate for mistakes. Just play with a goal to improve and treat each new game as a fresh start. Dont bring anything from the previous game into the new one.

Also stick to casual playlists for a bit. Like force yourself to play only casual for a month and then go back to ranked. Especially since the new season is gonna be rough for a bit, but also casual takes away some of the stress.
