This is actually so embarrassing to type but, I literally managed to go from C1 Div 3, to not even joking Diamond 1 div 3 in the span of 1 week. I don’t care but i can do nothin besides blame my teammates. When I go for the ball when I know I should, my low rank teammates try to take it away thinking thy should be there for the ball when they should be rotating otherwise. It’s near impossible to solo carry without forcing myself to ball chase and when I begin ball chasing my teammates LITERALLY start throwing the game.

I honestly just need help and advice for bs like dropping 130+ MMR in 1 and a half week as well as dealing with lower rank teammates and solo carrying in pisslo lobbies because i’m on the verge of actually just quitting the game.

It’s all about adapting to your teammates. Playing like you’re in a C1 lobby won’t work because your teammates can’t keep up and you waste opportunities by playing “too fast” (if that’s the case) or you hit the ball to somewhere that they won’t be able to do anything with it. They don’t have the same car control as champ despite low champ and diamond being similar

Some GC’s struggle playing with champs even in C2 lobbies because they’re a lot faster and can’t slow down the game enough to help their teammate

It's unnecessary to be able to score. the fancy mechanics are generally more low percentage in terms of getting the setup and getting the shot off, as opposed to shots that rely on your fundamentals more, that you get WAY more chances to pull off in a game. For example, double taps, powerslide cuts/fakes, flicks, bounce dribbles, hookshots, aerial shots and reads etc.

Are you slow...why go to ranked, when you can achieve the same thing in cas, and when you're CONFIDENT go to ranked and try to APPLY that skill.

Never said you can't do ranked, but what's the point if you can't even do said skill

How do you become confident from cas?

You will probably get overconfident if anything

You grow confident from to be able to do it in freeplay and then applying it to real world scenario demands real world experience

Free-play gives you infinite opportunities(x). X = no pressure = no improvement. Free-play allows you to do whatever you want with no repercussion's. While in cas it creates pressure, there's an limited amount of opportunities(y). y = pressure of the moment. Which increases skill application, which in-turn INCREASES confidence. Please learn what each mode serves, instead of making stupid assumptions
