Don’t use directional air roll for one side of speedflip and normal for the other. Use both directional air roll for speedflips like use air roll right for right side speedflip and left for left side

free air roll is used mostly for recovery since not many pros use both directional air rolls so its still used but not for what your wanting to use it for if you get me.

Free air roll - For recoveries and micro adjustments
directional - For more control and micro adjustments
