Personally I don’t play a lot of 3’s but I’d suggest work on getting better/smarter yourself and that’ll help your rank in it even with bad teammates. Play some 1’s and work on improving that way and watch some youtube videos on proper 3’s positioning

I’d say play enough 1’s where you’re comfortable enough to score majority of the time in a 1v1 situation

Mechanics will help short term and you'll get capped by not having game sense. You can rank up further with gamesense but eventually you'll need to learn some Mechanics
