Watch some Yt vids, and the main thing is to put in the time in training packs and try your best to Not get burned out. For rests a little tip is to tap brake the second before you jump off the wall. Learn ceiling shots aswell, try matching the balls speed as you fall off the roof and THEN try hit into it

I was also stuck in diamond. I grinded for like a week 2s to try to get to champ but I just couldn't win. In the beginning I blamed it on my tm8s but now I realized that it is not always your tm8s fault, if you play good then your tm8s will probably play good as well. It is hard but just keep grinding.

Yeah if you stop blaming tm8s you will become a better player and normally you can overcompensate for a tm8 if they are awefull

find some settings that feels good to you and stick to it, its not worth having to change settings and getting used to new settings over and over again
