when ur doing ur setup, let the ball fly first and try to fly and flick to it, once u realise you can react to the touch. slowly fly ur style of what your aiming for such as a flip reset or just normal slow air drible touches

the slower ur setup, the easier to react, but let it atleast fly from you for a split sec to get a knowledge of movement
