And fast aerial idk how to explain. That I would recommend yt

air dribbles are alot about the first touch if you can have it soft and controlled then perfect. fast aerials you just need to make sure you dont hold you rjoystick while jumping and boost all the way through it

fast aerial: just make it muscle memory to let off the stick entirely while doing the second jump, this way you have no chance of messing up and can do it with any dodge deadzone - most pros do it this way. jump while boosting and tilting the car up, let off the stick, jump, get back on the stick. you can do it extremely fast with practice and be super consistent.
air dribble: setup is most important. create space between you and a slow moving ball, hit it more vertically than you think straight on so it is high without hitting the ceiling, tap the brakes or slow down for a moment then jump. this way you are far below the ball. you have to hit the underside of the ball to keep it up (obvious physics) and pay attention where you are hitting it and where the ball will go as a result. fewer harder hits are better for keeping it up and getting over people, if you want to do 'glue' style air dribble just try to match the speed of the ball.

if the ball is running away from you or you are not below it you made a mistake either in the setup or the hit.

if the ball is slow and rolling towards you or stationary tap it and feather boost until the ball is on top of you. if the ball is rolling away from you and you are matching speed with it you’ll most likely have to hook it on the side tapping it with your side (or more pushing it with your side) and turning more until the ball is on top

when the ball is on top of your car try staying in the 50% half of the center of the circle closest to your car (usually near windshield of your car depending on hitbox) making sure you’re not over boosting or not boosting enough
