This. Only thing I might add on aerial sensitivity is for certain motions it can be difficult to pull off with less than 1.4 or something around there, i think i have mine at 1.6

I would honestly say plat 3 in 1s means you have some decent capability, but if you are only doing 1s, that doesnt speak to your teamwork gamesense in 2s and 3s

Some of that comes with mechanics / experience learning what balls u can get to before the opponent though, so dont take it too harshly
