I would say work on car control and timing of flips, if you go into free play at some point just hit the ball somewhere random and practice getting a good hit and guessing where it will land

It just comes with time mostly so hard to teach

General tips for flip resets:
• Don't let the ball fall on you come up into the ball. (While this might be harder you do the reset quicker and hold much more control)
• practice all different types of flips so you figure out what flips are good for what type of situation
• practice not just from the wall but from the ground too, you have a lot more situations in game where you use em from the ground then from the wall

take drug tests for example, they test them out on other things and not themselves to get results

These coaches that have dropped the game are still a decent rank though. Most pros coaches are GC or SSL, because experience in competitive play is almost necessary to be a coach
