Yes, most of the time. In the end, backpost rotation is a rule of thumb guideline, but in that rank and level of experience its basically always a good idea to shortcut deliberation and follow it. The reason backpost is so important is a) that it puts you into a position that you can defend well from more or less automatically (that is, if you dont push to far forward as second), and b) that it signals your teammate that its his turn to go. If you are frontside backboard e.g., often times its not clear for players of medium experience what the conditions are for the ball being yours or theirs. That's one of the primary reason why double commits happen low and mid elo, and that is why backpost rotation works so well.

The answer is no, so very probably, one of these is true:

• Said player is not stuck in bronze 3 (e.g. they just didn't play enough games)
• Said player does not have the skill of low plat
  The only place a player with the skill of low plat is going to be stuck in is low plat

In very short: If you deserve champ (which is equivalent to "play as good as champ"), then you will reach champ.

Do you have any replays I could look at? Most of the time you are where your meant to be, and if you can't climb ranks, usually it's a reflection on you. Whilst you say you have good recovery skills, that your good in the air and mechanical, as well as having good ground play and also defence, you could be lacking in other crucial areas, or because of the fact people are telling you that you deserve to be a different rank you could be trying to play hero ball and in turn overcommitting, or not going when your meant to.

Well, the obvious case which I tried to hint at here #gameplay-tips message is that if they are "good" (= above average in their rank) in all these things they list, there has to be something that they are "bad" (=below average), and the thing that comes to my mind immediately is rotation and positioning, maybe a little bit of micro.

1. Camera settings can affect how you see/think you should approach an aerial.
   There are also controller settings for deadzones and such (I can't elaborate more, I'm on kbm)

2. Your positioning before jumping for an aerial matters, what the direction of the ball is, how fast are you driving and which way are you facing. If you jump for an aerial with bad positioning before hand, you'll be awkward in the air. Best you could do at that point is to use air roll and boost.

3. Not sure what exactly you're asking here. In the context of going for an aerial, to me it just sounds like you've missed the ball. So at that point you'd just stop going for it and focus on recovering.

Why do I need to have a tm8 that can barely hit the ball causing me to have to get a goal and 5 saves (600 points) while my tm8 has 1 save and 100 points…. Yet we still get smoked cause my tm8 has 0 defense idk what I’m supposed to do
