They are crazy

So do you think you have the overall skill of above plat 2 and you just can't rank up or that you need to improve to be able to rank up?

if you play bad in casual then don't expect to play well in ranked
casual can be a good tool for improvement if you know how to use it.
but it's not the same pace or pressure as ranked so you can't just load up rl and play 1 cas before your ranked session.
consider watching yt vids about warmup and don't neglect the mental aspect

then you are gonna struggle sooo much with the dribbling the ball in the air
if you wanna get out of gold then focus on the basic stuff for your rank

you can learn a very basic air dribble in diamond or a little bit before it but definitely not in gold
in gold you can find more success driving under the ball and "fast aerial"ing with 12-24 boost to pop the ball high and then shoot it or catch it
you can also do these low aerials to score open nets and save shots with proper positioning

(positioning is more important than speed and flashy mechs)
