• To improve recoveries I think its mostly a training/focus issue.
• To improve reads of the ball, you can do training packs, e.g. if you struggle with backboard bounces, there will be packs for this. Thats the best way to improve those kinds of reads.
• For game sense the best way to improve is taking a look at replays. I would recommend trying that for yourself at first. Try to identify what mistakes you make. A typical indicator is when the opponents score a goal or are very close to it, but also if you find yourself awkward watching, there has probably been a positioning or decision error. If you find one of these situations but don't know what you should have done ideally, you can make a clip and find somebody to help you out for the situation specifically (you can dm me for example). But generally, try to do it yourself first, cause when you learn to identify mistakes in your replays and determine what better to do, you will have an easier time doing the same in game. And at the same time, you get to see a lot of those common mistakes and awkward situations and get to connect them with more ideal solutions, so you dont have to think as much about it in realtime scenarios.

Obv, this is advice for general improvement and not for getting out of plat specifically, but general improvement will get you out of plat eventually, and then also consistently.

Just play 2-3 1s when you launch the game. Stop when you get mad, stop when you get bored. It automatically teaches some skills that are pretty valuable for 2s and 3s, but are not taught very effectively by playing only 2s and 3s.

STay close to the opponent and fake to force out a flick, u dont want to give him too much space
