Do you have any mechanics I should learn at Diamond 1? I keep getting criticized by my duo partner, and while I know some techniques like wave dashes, half-flips, speed flips, and fast aerials, my defense is lacking, which I'm trying to improve. He got frustrated with me today because I can't seem to hit the ball properly in the air; it keeps hitting the roof of my car when I aerial. I want to make sure it hits the nose of my car instead, but I'm not sure how to do that. Do yous have any tips I'm on PS.

there’s a first man and second man first man is typically attacking while 2nd is defending, my suggestion if your playing solo q is to stay 2nd man as much as possible unless your tm8 is passive as well, as second man make sure to block any angles towards the goal your tm8 isn’t blocking and as first man make sure not to over commit with little boost

To be straight honest, just practice until your hands bleed doing aerials and fast aerials
