Those are your tips, make resets consistent (single ones) and what i mean by consistent in freeplay is scoring them to the net and doing it at least 75% of the time you try doing it

For double you have different techniques like preflip resets that require you to get certain angle / airroll setup or you can do it with the stall or any kind of freestyle preflips but that's another level usually

practice simple aerial control not flip resets or anything just learn to hit the ball in the air properly, learn flicks front flip and 45 more specifically but others can help, you’ll want to lessen rotations at this point to they will massively help you along with good ground control, do some training packs with uncomfortable shots & saves
