Well you cant really do anything against your teammates rotating wrongly. There are some things that you can do to encourage your teammate behaving a certain way. Like for example, if you rotate back ballside into corner boost into backboard, your teammate might not be able to determine whether you are planning to turn into the ball or whether he is supposed to go first. On the other hand, if you go backpost through midfield, its obvious for your teammate that he has to go first man.

That's a good way of looking at it but how would you encourage them to be 2nd man? Cause if you go infront of them then you may just create a "layer" where you are both beaten at the same time

Also, it is a good idea to try to always know where your tm8s are at all times (or at least where they are supposed to be). That part falls under the gamesense category, and sometimes tm8s will not be where they are supposed to be, but these things you cannot influence that well. Tm8s will f up the same way you sometimes will. I don't know about the question of how do you handle that while trying to not go out of your own rotation, maybe you can give me an example. Cause the way I see it, respecting your teammate is staying in your rotation pretty much.

Yeah thats their fault then, you cant do more than not do the same mistake. You have to keep in mind, if you play with averages, the chance of the opponents making this mistake is twice as high as your team if you do not do it.

Thats why you want your gamesense to cover most of it. Usually when you check upon your teammate, it is just to confirm that he is where he is supposed to be (inside of the rotation framework). If thats the case, good. If thats not the case, then the rotation cycle has been broken already, and its very situational to react on that.

for me it makes me worse and i never use it to train mechanics, it can be useful for placebo of feeling faster or if the mechanic is based on fast spamming like walldash to practice and slowly bring up speed

i think the mechanic are harder in slowmo and it just takes way too long to practice since it's slower

better to reset in a training pack or something and just spam try it

maybe like if it's something really hard where you have to watch for a timing, but try to make it as fast as possible or at least bring up speed quickly. the problem is that the game is muscle memory so if you do too much slowmo you cannot do it in normal speed, build bad habit.

sometimes also because after slowmo you feel so fast that it will now feel impossible to do at normal speed lol
