Unusual, but I just need to write this tip here.
So Im a very low ranked player. And idk why no one says this but atleast for me one of the best ways to improve is to play different game modes. There you are forced to adjust the way how you play and you learn new skills.
The game mode that helped me the most is dropshot. I tried it yesterday and it is really good for improving your flying mechanics, pinches and also learns you more precision with your shots(Especially how to shoot downwards). The best things about dropshot is that it also makes a lot of fun. Legendary game mode.
So if you're struggling on your rank, maybe even if you have a mid rank then try out dropshot or another gamemode

Ah, i see what you mean. Often ill get the flip and just use it right away. I want to learn to control the ball after, so a delayed shot or even better dribble with the ball after.

Well, first of all im not very consistent with getting the reset, but even when i do, I am always way to awkward after getting it. I cant figure how to stay close to the ball after getting the reset.
