id solidify ur mechs. a lot of mid low champ is pretty inconsistent and if ur able to crack down on the basic mechs u struggle with (power shots, soft touches, placement, etc) you'll start to separrate urself from the others

also use space when u have it on defense. a lot of potential threatening attacks are thrown away simply by just booming the ball instead of taking a touch and using ur time

You’re Gold 1, which means you’ve got the basics down, but if you want to rank up, there are a few key things to focus on. Start using powerslide more to turn and recover faster. Improve your shot accuracy by hitting training packs and aiming for better placement. Work on fast aerials and controlling your car in the air to challenge more plays. Get better at 50/50s and kickoffs by adjusting your timing and angles. Use demos more to create space and disrupt rotations. Practice push-dribbling to control the ball and make smarter plays.

In 2v2, positioning is super important. Don’t overcommit or double commit with your teammate. Rotate back post, stay aware of the play, and know when to push or hold back. Smart decisions and cleaner mechanics will take you far. Keep practicing and you’ll be climbing to Platinum soon.

These mechs will also help you go to higher ranks, these are all the basics for going up to as high as champ.

On controller u can do it holding button but not very long

You also have to already be supersonic

To chain wall dashing isn’t properly u have to correctly move ur left joystick left, middle and jump, right and dodge. Over and over again.

It is very hard to learn imo

I can do singles sometimes mind u I’ve barely practiced and don’t plan on practicing it anytime soon

In one of my games earlier my tm8 it was like 4-5 sec left I think and we were down by one and my tm8 flipped out of the way of the ball on cheat and the opp scored. I had a perfect kickoff.

Another tm8 at around 0 seconds decides to rotate past me at mid boost and ball side all the way to our corner and we lost yet if he rotated properly through mid field he would have kept the ball up.

Another tm8 aswell decides as first man he’s gonna just use all his boost to get the opps corner boost and leave me in a 1v2 which led to the opps scoring

you dont need to unlearn speedflip you just need to learn the kickoff variations (central, push, hook, delay) and watch your opponents nameplate so you have a higher chance of winning the kickoff)
