In free play. Start inside one of nets. Fly to the other net. Keep doing it until it feels easy, then use limited boost. And if it doesn’t feel like a challenge, add air roll to it. After that, start putting the ball into the air and hit as hard as you can. Then try to put the ball inside the net. (Keep doing every step until it feels easy.) also watch “thanovic”. I learned a lot From him.

because they are fundemental mechanics. virtually every play that will happen in your game involves you and a ball. and if you practice getting better and hitting the ball properly and consistently, and hitting the ball where you want it, you will give yourself more opportunities to score the ball, and if you score the ball more, you will have a higher score than ur oponnents, and if u have ahigher score at the end of the game, you will win the match, and if u win the match, you will rank up

Every loss I had was because of that and every win I had was because the teammates knew when to go and not to go and to not keep the net wide open.
