what i would highly recommend is not using much training packs if u learn mechanics such as the air dribble. The most important thing is the set up, if u are good with set ups u will get good tries. But if u just use training packs u might actaully be able to dribble the ball at one point, but u will not be able to use it in game as u cant set it up yourself.

For air dribbles in free play: 1. get in a similar spped as the ball, 2. U want to touch the ball as it has this "up" moevment", if not u will hit it too much in the middle. 3. AS SOON as u touhc the ball jump, then u should already be very close to the ball
