There's some good ones that force you to score no bounces or do aerials and shots super quick, and all the repetition builds good muscle memory for pulling them off in game.

Binding at least one of them worked for me, I like to shoot off right wall a lot so right directional was easier for me to use.
Learn to use it with half flips, you probably weren't doing them right if you didn't have one binded already. I'd start with it in freeplay and training packs that way you don't just go for it in game and go all ballerina past the ball
