1s is all about mental play and minimizing on your mistakes. Id say watch your replays and try and notice what you did wrong whenever you get scored on weather that be rotations, or even wiffs. replays will be your best friend in 1s. it also takes time and a good mindset. 1s or any game mode can be very tilting but its important to realize its a game at the end of the day and keep a level head. the second you start getting tilted you will notice yourself playing worse.
